REEL International announces the acquisition of FLSmidth Hamburg GmbH specialized in materials handling and former company of the FLSmidth A/S Denmark group.
The activity of this company marketed mainly under the MÖLLER brand focuses on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of complex materials handling equipment for the power, cement and aluminum industry.
It will be joining on January 1st, 2021 the REEL International group under the name REEL Möller GmbH and will bring a high level of complementary technical strengths.
Based in Pinneberg near Hamburg, the German company employs 60 people.
REEL Möller GmbH has expertise in the field of pneumatic transport engineering. It will naturally complement the offers of REEL Alesa and REEL NKM Noell.
Its R&D team has obtained numerous patents and protected licenses. This allows it to provide high performance and reliability in bulk mineral transport and storage in all industries.
Among its products it proposes loading and unloading systems for trucks, wagons and ships. It also markets key components such as Möller® valves and rotary flow control valves. But also, two-voice bypass valves, rotary pallet valves and Air gravity Conveyor and Pneumatic Elevators.
This acquisition is an important strategic move for the group, increasing the diversification of the Aluminium Division related technologies in other sectors, such as the power industry.
